The Department of Justice has released a collection of documents related to Jeffrey Epstein, including his contact list and flight logs. Attorney General Pam Bondi announced the release, emphasizing the importance of transparency in the ongoing investigation.
The released materials encompass over 100 pages, featuring names of associates and victims connected to Epstein. Notably, former President Donald Trump is mentioned multiple times in the flight logs, with entries from the early 1990s involving flights with his then-wife Marla Maples and their daughter Tiffany. There are no allegations of wrongdoing against Trump or other high-profile individuals named in the documents.

Attorney General Bondi has accused the FBI of withholding additional documents pertinent to the case. She has demanded the release of all remaining materials, including audio and video recordings, by February 28. In response to concerns about potential destruction of evidence, Rep. Andy Ogles has proposed the Preventing Epstein Documentation Obliteration Act (PEDO Act) to safeguard all related records.
The release of these documents aims to shed light on Epstein’s extensive network and provide accountability for his actions. Epstein died by suicide in 2019 while awaiting trial on federal s*x trafficking charges, and his associate, Ghislaine Maxwell, was convicted of s*x trafficking in 2022.

The DOJ’s decision to disclose these files aligns with ongoing efforts to ensure transparency and justice for the victims involved.
