President Donald Trump has strongly criticized federal judges for issuing injunctions that have temporarily halted key aspects of his agenda, particularly efforts related to mass deportations. In a series of statements on Truth Social, Trump urged the Supreme Court, and specifically Chief Justice John Roberts, to take action against what he described as judicial overreach.
Trump expressed frustration over rulings that have obstructed his administration’s initiatives, including deportations of Venezuelan nationals with alleged ties to criminal organizations. He specifically took aim at what he called “Radical Left Judges,” blaming them for endangering the nation.

Trump Slams Federal Judges
“Unlawful Nationwide Injunctions by Radical Left Judges could very well lead to the destruction of our Country!” Trump wrote. “These people are Lunatics, who do not care, even a little bit, about the repercussions from their very dangerous and incorrect Decisions and Rulings.”
He further argued that the president must have the authority to act swiftly, particularly in cases involving criminals. “Returning murderers, drug lords, rapists, and other such type criminals back to their Homeland, or to other locations that will allow our Country to be SAFE,” he stated.
Trump insisted that immediate intervention from the Supreme Court is necessary. “If Justice Roberts and the United States Supreme Court do not fix this toxic and unprecedented situation IMMEDIATELY, our Country is in very serious trouble!” he warned.

Judge Blocks Deportation Efforts
On Thursday, a ruling from U.S. District Judge James Boasberg further escalated tensions between Trump and the judiciary. Boasberg temporarily blocked the administration from invoking a centuries-old law to deport Venezuelan migrants, including alleged members of the Tren de Aragua gang. The judge’s decision, which imposed a 14-day pause, also mandated that any ongoing deportation flights be immediately recalled to U.S. soil.
Trump accused Boasberg of attempting to undermine his authority, labeling him a “Grandstander” who is “doing everything in his power” to interfere with executive decisions.
“He is a local, unknown Judge, a Grandstander, looking for publicity, and it cannot be for any other reason, because his ‘Rulings’ are so ridiculous, and inept,” Trump declared. “SAVE AMERICA!”
The former president has repeatedly clashed with the judiciary over decisions that have slowed or halted his policy agenda, and his latest remarks suggest that legal battles over immigration enforcement and executive power are far from over.
