Three Fatally Shot Outside Louisville Driver’s License Office

On Friday, February 21, 2025, a tragic shooting occurred outside a driver’s license office in Louisville, Kentucky, resulting in the deaths of three individuals. The incident took place around noon at the Driver Licensing Regional Office on Dixie Highway.​

Upon arrival, Louisville Metro Police Department officers found a man deceased at the scene and two women with critical injuries; the women were transported to a nearby hospital but later died from their wounds. The victims have been identified as 18-year-old Leslye M. Harbin Jr., 33-year-old Antwanette Chillers, and 29-year-old Raysa Pacios Valdes.
